Payment Authorization
All orders are subject to payment authorization, verification, and fraud-prevention review.
A payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution may require additional verification, decline a transaction, or place a temporary authorization hold in connection with an attempted purchase.
Vervarix does not control payment providers’ or card issuers’ approval decisions, authorization procedures, hold periods, or fund-release schedules.
Checkout Security
Checkout is processed through Shopify and participating payment providers using security measures designed to help protect your transaction information.
However, no method of online transmission, electronic processing, or data storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should use trusted devices, browsers, and networks when completing a purchase.
Pricing and Charges
Applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the total order amount will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Any foreign-exchange fees, currency-conversion charges, bank fees, card-issuer fees, or similar charges are determined by the customer’s payment provider or financial institution and are not controlled by Vervarix.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed and are subject to the terms, eligibility requirements, conditions, expiration dates, and limitations stated with the applicable promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes may not be combined with other offers, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively to previously completed orders.
Payment Issues
If your payment is declined, please verify that your payment information and billing address are correct. You may also contact your card issuer or payment provider for further assistance.
Please do not repeatedly submit the same payment if you notice multiple pending authorization charges. Temporary authorization holds are generally managed and released by the applicable payment provider or financial institution.
